Sensum SPINE FIBO automatically inspects the entire surface of products with 6 visual systems at high speed. The inspected products with defects are sorted to defective products before bottle filling. The products sorted as good products are counted and filled to bottles. Miscounted bottles are automatically rejected from the packaging line.
Moreover, SPINE FIBO significantly reduces production risks, as the inspected products are
directly filled to bottles, by avoiding the risks of defects arising through product manipulation, or risks related to human error
